We Buy Houses in Burlington and Across Vermont

We live and work in Vermont because we love this community and want to see it thrive.
We help Vermont homeowners, and owners of duplexes and small rental properties, move on without the repairs or showings. Every situation is different, so we offer more than one way to buy:
- A fair cash offer. We buy as-is and close when you are ready.
- Creative terms. Seller financing, taking over your existing mortgage, or a lease with an option to buy.
- Small rentals, tenants in place. Ready to step back from being a housing provider? We buy single family rentals, duplexes, and small multifamily properties.
Reach out today for a no-obligation offer. We’ll walk you through cash and creative options so you can choose what works best.
Our work speaks louder than our words. Here is one of our most recent projects, from start to sold.
Before and After: 180 Laurel Hill, South Burlington
When we bought 180 Laurel Hill, the house had been neglected for years and most buyers would not have touched it. We cleared it out, renovated it from top to bottom, and returned it to the market as a safe, comfortable, move-in ready home. It has since sold. In each photo below, the before is on top and the after is on the bottom.
